Group Discussion on Implementation of NEP 2020 in Assam, organized by Department of History on 5th October, 2026 The Department of History organized a Group Discussion on the implementation of NEP 2020 in Assam on 5th October, 2026. Inaugurated by Dr. Krishna Jyoti Handique, Principal of the College, the programme was primarily attended by the 5th Semester students of History Major, with active participation from students of other semesters of the Department. The discussion focused on the key provisions, opportunities and challenges of NEP 2020 in Assam, with teachers guiding and facilitating the students throughout the programme.
