Mr. Hemanta Borah

Mr. Hemanta Borah, a notable alumnus of the college, studied during 1986-88. Passed out with Sangeet Nipun from Bhatkhande Sangit Vidyapith(Lucknow).He has been working continuously for music and culture, such as Music Director of Assamese Mobile Theatre, Script writer of drama for mobile theatre, Lyricist, music composer , Director of Assamese modern song etc. He was a former Asst. Manager(factory) of Dekhati Tea Estate),Brahmajan T. E., Maskara T. E., former Secretary cum Principal of Demow Sangeet Kala Kendra. He is now an owner of Borah Music Sports & Stationary , Demow
